The Central Catholic “我们举起” Strength & Conditioning Program’s mission is to focus on strengthening our student-athletes physically, mentally, and socially through educating all on proper form, lifting technique, body mechanics, and Olympic movements.

我们的节目

The John C. Bosio Training Center on the Central Catholic High School campus will focus on programs designed for Students, 竞技, Faculty, and Staff. Programs that will be offered will be a combination of sports specific training, strength & conditioning, weight loss, injury prevention, health and nutritional education. These programs will be offered in a team, group, individual, and workshop setting.
